All service quotes are based on the information available at the time. Final scope and pricing may change after on-site inspection.
2. Scheduling
Service dates are subject to availability, weather conditions, and material supply. We will inform clients of any changes.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Deposits may be required for certain services or materials.
4. Site Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible work areas. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural or equipment issues, hidden defects, or prior improper installations.
6. Materials & Equipment
Where we supply materials or equipment, manufacturer warranties apply. We are not liable for defects caused by misuse or external factors.
7. Maintenance & Results
Maintenance services aim to improve pool and garden condition, but results may vary depending on environment, weather, and prior maintenance history.
8. Cancellations
Clients must notify us in advance if rescheduling or canceling. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials or labor have been allocated.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These service terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
